What we do
Eight ways to bring a team together. One method holding them up.
From a two-hour game show to a three-day leadership retreat to a give-back project for your CSR mandate — every format is built around a real goal and checked afterwards.
Pick a format — or tell us the goal and we will point you to it.
Development & Facilitation
Turn a good day into a better team, led by facilitators who read the room.
ExploreThe format changes. The care behind it does not.
Whatever you choose, it runs on the same five steps — read the team, design for the real gap, build it, deliver it well, and measure what changed. That is what makes a day a change.
Things people ask
How big can a TeamBeam experience be?
Anything from a single team to a full-company event of a couple of thousand people. The run-of-show changes with the size; the planning and the follow-up stay the same.
How soon can you run something?
A standard in-office experience is usually two to three weeks out. Offsites and residential retreats need more lead time — tell us your date and we will be straight with you.
Can you help with our CSR requirement?
Yes. Our Impact & CSR work is built to do real good and produce a report your CSR and ESG teams can file.
The format is the easy part.
Teams rarely drift because they picked the wrong activity. They drift because trust thins, decisions stall, or new people never quite belong. The eight things we run are just different doors into the same work — giving a team what it is actually missing.
So we do not start from a catalogue. We start from your team, and let the format follow. A hunt, a retreat, a give-back day and a leadership session can each be the right answer, for very different reasons.
